In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

By completing the bh55 account registration process, accessing any page of bh55.org while logged in, placing any wager, or receiving any bonus or promotional credit, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, without reservation or modification.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) bh55 account. bh55 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts belonging to that individual may be closed and any balances held, pending investigation and determination by bh55 at its sole discretion.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their bh55 login credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication codes. bh55 is not liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a Player's failure to maintain credential security.

• Inactive accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. bh55 may apply an inactivity fee or move residual balances to a holding account, in accordance with applicable licensing regulations. Players will be notified before any such action is taken.
• Account closure: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting bh55 support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals or active bonus wagering will be resolved prior to closure completion.

bh55 operates with Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as the native account currency. All transactions — deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are denominated in PKR. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposit and withdrawal unless otherwise specified at the time of transaction:

bh55 does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, third-party accounts. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method and account from which the original deposit was made, where technically possible. bh55 reserves the right to require additional verification for any transaction it deems unusual or potentially suspicious under its Anti-Money Laundering obligations.

bh55 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit match bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by any specific terms stated in the relevant promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds credited to a bh55 account must be wagered a specified number of times ("the wagering requirement") before the equivalent amount becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Game contributions: Different game categories contribute at different rates to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, slots, and crash games may carry different contribution percentages. Specific contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds not used, and wagering requirements not met, within the stated expiry window will be forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum bet restriction: While bonus funds are active and wagering requirements remain, bh55 may impose a maximum bet per round restriction. Bets placed in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may be voided.
• Abuse prohibition: bh55 prohibits all forms of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to convert bonus funds to cash, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, and exploiting software errors or promotion loopholes. Detected abuse will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• One bonus per promotion: Each Player is eligible for each promotion only once unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. bh55 reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility to specific account verification statuses.

All bets and wagers placed on the bh55 platform are subject to the specific game or market rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. The following general principles apply to all betting and gaming activity on bh55:

• Finality of results: Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the bh55 platform, it is binding. Results generated by certified RNG systems or live sports outcomes are final and cannot be contested on the basis of personal disagreement with the result.
• Insufficient funds: bh55 will not accept bets where the Player's account balance is insufficient to cover the full stake amount. Partial bet acceptance is at bh55's sole discretion.
• Odds and market changes: In-play sports betting odds are subject to continuous change. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds applied to that wager. Odds displayed prior to confirmation are indicative only.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bh55 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance or winnings in the affected account:

• Underage gambling: Attempting to access bh55 while under 21 years of age, or assisting another underage person to access the Platform.
• Fraud: Any attempt to obtain financial advantage from bh55 through deceptive, manipulative, or fraudulent means, including submitting false KYC documents.

This licence does not include any right to copy, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, decompile, publicly display, or commercially exploit any bh55 content or technology.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, bh55 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the bh55 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or gambling losses of any amount.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to the Platform during an active betting session.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Any reliance placed by a Player on information, statistics, or market data displayed on the bh55 platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.

bh55's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from any cause shall in no event exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their bh55 account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bh55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without advance notice, where bh55 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has engaged in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 8.
• The Player's account is involved in suspected fraudulent, money-laundering, or illegal activity.
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC.
• The Player's continued account access poses a risk to bh55's operational integrity, licensing compliance, or the safety of other Players.

In the event of account closure for cause, bh55 will retain any bonus funds and may retain real money funds pending investigation. Where bh55 determines that a Player's funds were obtained through legitimate play and no Terms violations have occurred, those funds will be returned to the Player via the method used for original deposit within a reasonable timeframe following investigation completion.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bh55's international gaming license is issued. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the bh55 complaint process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction, unless applicable mandatory consumer protection law in the Player's country of residence requires otherwise.

Nothing in this clause shall limit bh55's right to seek urgent or interim relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm to its business operations.

bh55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the bh55 platform homepage, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect (except where immediate changes are required by law or by our licensing authority, in which case changes may take effect immediately).
